Description:

32 year old female had a left breast saline implant rupture and had bilateral capsular contractures from a 12 year old breast augmentation with saline implants placed above the muscle.  I removed both implants and replaced them with 345cc silicone gel implants, changed the pocket location to under the muscle, and did an anchor scar breast lift.
